MINDFUL MAMAS MONTHLY WORKSHOP
Second Tuesday of the Month from 10-12pm starting Jan. 15th
••• Register by Email Now •••

For mamas with babies under one year; pre-crawling babies are encouraged to come to the group with mama.

This group will give new mothers a taste of what it is like to bring mindfulness to your personal experience of becoming a mother. While there is so much focus in books and other resources on how to care for your little one, attention to the inner landscape of motherhood is often missing. In a supportive environment, this workshop will combine meditation, other mindfulness practices, and discussion to address the question of how you bring yourself to this extraordinary life change. Meet other new moms with similar interests in mindfulness, dealing with issues specific to new motherhood. No meditation experience necessary.

For more information, contact Carrie Katz (510) 594-4330 or Email her.

Carrie Katz is a licensed marriage and family therapist with 17 years of experience in mindfulness practices. She is a mother of two, has a private psychotherapy practice in Oakland, and offers Mindful Mamas Groups for New Mothers in Berkeley. View her site now.
